Listen.
All around there had been only piano and violins, but when the first drum hits the note, I felt as if some strange sensation fluttered across my veins. I would selfishly compare it to a butterfly that first spread its wings out of the cocoon and set to fly. The kind of feeling that ignites something in your heart and mind, like a spark that brings delight and merriment to the melodies. I was surprised at how the percussion had fared with my feelings, for in my whole life I had only been awed by the tinkles of the piano. But still I love piano, and will always love it more than anything else that makes sounds.
